Margaret O’Hanlon, Principal
Margaret teams up with clients to ensure great Human Resource ideas deliver valuable business results. In addition to targeted Human Resource initiatives, her assignments have included mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, downsizing and relocation. Her clients have regional, national and global business commitments.

Whether Margaret works with project teams, senior management or the Board, she provides thoughtful solutions that increase employee business insight and build commitment, even when conditions are difficult. Earlier, she was a Principal with Towers Perrin, specializing in human resources and organizational communications. Her clients included Johnson & Johnson, Blockbuster Video, Franklin Templeton, Toyota and Chevron.

Prior to joining Towers Perrin in 1984, Ms. O’Hanlon worked for CIGNA Corporation and Hospital Affiliates International as a Human Resource Consultant. She was also a Faculty Advisor for Indiana University School of Medicine.

Margaret is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association), the National Association for Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She has a M.S. and Ed.S. in Instructional Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington. She received an A.B. with honors in English from the same university.
